Personal Trainer Awareness day - 2nd January

when its First January, 
we have resolutions - grim,
That in this year
we will surely join gym.

Then next day we hit the gym 
and meet a trainer buddy
who shows me the gym
And encourages to slimmer me

Then we realize that he is
A personal trainer of us all
And he is the one who makes us
feel good, amongst others all

Hence we celebrate and with
